    • Kim is NOT a lawyer!!!!! She may WANT to be a lawyer, but she is so ill-equipped without college or law school that she will never pass the bar exam. Because the CA Bar has the loophole to allow ppl without law education to “test in”, the exam is notoriously difficult (to weed out uneducated pol). She can hire as many tutors as she wants, but ill easily bet money that she will NEVER be able to pass.

    • Also the only way Kim helps these cases is by providing FUNDING $. She PAYS real lawyers to handle the legal work of cases for inmates she feels sympathy towards. However, she is NOT PERSONALLY doing any legal research or drafting any pleadings because: (1) she has no law license and that would be illegal ; (2) doesn’t know how to. ALL Kim is doing is PAYING for real licensed lawyers to handle the cases! She is as useful as any rich donor!!
