Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the Multimix Radio mobile application available through Google Play.

Freddie5191 publishes Multimix Radio on Google Play, and CAKAFETE INC 1996 operates it.

We respect our listeners’ privacy. This policy explains how the Multimix Radio mobile application handles information when you use it.

Information We Collect

The Multimix Radio mobile application does not require users to create an account, register, or sign in.

We do not directly collect:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Telephone numbers
  • Home addresses
  • Precise or approximate location
  • Contacts
  • Photos or videos
  • Audio recordings
  • Financial or payment information
  • Passwords or other authentication information
  • Personal messages
  • Health information

The application does not contain forms through which users submit personal information.

Radio Streaming and Technical Information

The application requires an internet connection to play the Multimix Radio audio stream.

When the application connects to the radio stream, the internet and streaming infrastructure used to deliver the broadcast may automatically process limited technical information, such as:

  • Internet Protocol address
  • Device or browser type
  • Connection time
  • Streaming requests
  • General diagnostic or error information

This technical information may be required to deliver the radio stream, maintain network security, prevent misuse, and diagnose service interruptions. Multimix Radio does not use this information to identify individual listeners personally.

Advertising

The Multimix Radio mobile application does not display third-party advertisements.

The application does not use Google AdMob or another mobile advertising network.

Analytics and Tracking

The Multimix Radio mobile application does not use:

  • Google Analytics
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Advertising trackers
  • OneSignal
  • Cross-app tracking technologies

We do not track listeners across other applications or websites.

How We Use Information

We do not maintain a database of personal information collected through the mobile application.

Limited technical information automatically processed while delivering the radio stream may be used only to:

  • Deliver the live audio broadcast
  • Maintain the operation and security of the service
  • Diagnose technical problems
  • Prevent abuse or unauthorized activity

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information.

We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

Limited technical information may be processed by hosting, internet, or streaming service providers when necessary to deliver the radio broadcast. We may also disclose it if required by applicable law, a valid court order, or another lawful government request.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the Multimix Radio service.

We cannot guarantee that internet communications and electronic systems are completely secure. However, we do not intentionally collect or maintain sensitive personal information through the mobile application.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because the Multimix Radio mobile application does not provide user accounts and does not directly collect personal information, we do not maintain personal app-account records that require deletion.

Limited technical logs created by hosting or streaming systems may be retained only as reasonably necessary for service operation, security, troubleshooting, or legal compliance. The applicable service provider’s policies may also govern their retention.

Children’s Privacy

The Multimix Radio mobile application is not designed to collect personal information from children.
